You can book online by clicking the "Book Now" button — this lets you select your desired service and preferred stylist. Alternatively, call us on (02) 9651 3200 and one of our team members will be happy to help.
If you're unsure what to book — whether you're a new client or an existing client ready for a change — we recommend booking a consultation. This is when we assess your hair and create a personalised plan that suits you, your lifestyle and your budget.
Our tier-level approach gives you the freedom to choose a stylist based on their experience and expertise, ensuring you find the perfect match for your hair journey and lifestyle needs. Visit our team pages to learn more about each tier.
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, however pre-booking is strongly recommended to ensure we have the right time set aside for your service.
New clients are required to pay a deposit to secure their first appointment. When booking online, all clients are required to pay a deposit. Some services also require a deposit at each booking — this will be clearly outlined during the booking process. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
We require 24 hours notice for weekday appointments and 48 hours for late night or Saturday appointments. We will send a confirmation text 4 days prior to your appointment. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details including no-show and rescheduling policies.
Absolutely! Bringing inspiration images helps us clearly visualise your dream hair and have an open, informed consultation about what's achievable for you.
Every client is unique. We take into account your colour history, natural base, desired results and current hair condition. All of this will be assessed during your consultation, where we'll create a realistic and tailored plan.
Yes! We are certified Great Lengths specialists offering premium keratin bond extensions. A consultation is required at least 3 days prior to all application bookings. Please note we do not keep bonds on-site — all extensions are ordered in specifically for your appointment. Learn more →

We appreciate your honesty. If you feel your hair isn't in line with your consultation, please reach out within 14 days and we'll arrange a complimentary rectification with your original stylist. Please note this doesn't include change of mind. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
