Clare is a true Radical Hair Community original — a Radical-born-and-bred hairstylist whose career has grown alongside the salon itself. With over eleven years in the industry, she began her hairdressing journey at twenty and has spent every one of those years refining her craft, building loyal client relationships and stepping naturally into leadership.
Today, Clare balances high-level technical work behind the chair with a deeply supportive management role, making her both a trusted stylist and a dependable guide for the entire team. She is known for her calm, compassionate nature and her ability to make both clients and staff feel supported and understood.
As a stylist, Clare's work is thoughtful, refined and highly personalised. She takes pride in creating hair that feels uplifting and confidence-boosting. Her consultations are thorough and collaborative, focused on understanding each client's lifestyle, maintenance preferences and goals before making recommendations.
Clare specialises in dimensional colour work — brondes, blondes, brunettes, anything with variation. She is also a certified Great Lengths specialist, offering tailored extension services for clients wanting added length or volume with seamless, natural-looking results.
Now a new mum, Clare brings an even deeper understanding of how powerful good hair can be in how someone feels day to day. She knows firsthand that when life is busy and energy is stretched, having hair that sits well can make a meaningful difference.
