Meet Gina

Gina is one half of the heart of the Radical Hair Community — our work-mum, our steady leader and our original boss-lady. With more than four decades in hairdressing, she brings a depth of knowledge, intuition and calm confidence that only true experience can create.

Gina began her career at just sixteen, already certain she wanted to build a future in the beauty industry. What started as a clear calling has grown into a lifelong craft, shaped by dedication, education and genuine love for the people she cares for through her work.

Known for her warmth and welcoming nature, Gina has a way of making everyone who sits in her chair feel instantly comfortable and understood. Her consultations are thoughtful and unrushed, guided by listening first and advising second.

Gina's signature style reflects her belief in classic, enduring hairdressing. She is especially renowned for her pixie cuts — expertly tailored, beautifully balanced and grown out with intention — as well as her perm work and her special touch with soft blondes that enhance natural colouring and grow out gracefully.

As a salon leader, Gina sets the tone for culture and care. She leads with generosity, consistency and genuine investment in her team. Many of our stylists have been mentored directly by her, and her influence can be seen across every level of the salon.

Beyond the chair, Gina is known for nurturing in the truest sense — the one who brings people together and makes them feel looked after. She's famous among the team for putting on a spread for those she loves, and that same instinct to care and provide flows naturally into everything she does.
